Cancellation and Amendment Policy:

 

We operate a 24-hour​ cancellation policy on all bookings. Lessons cancelled within 24-hours of scheduled appointment will be charged at 100% cost. All bookings are non refundable once scheduled. Booking date/time can be amended or credited (credits expire after 1 year if not used) up to 24-hours prior to scheduled booking.

Lesson Packages and there associated lesson credits are valid for 1-year from the date of purchase and are non refundable once purchased

Gift Vouchers - Gift voucher are non refundable or transferable once purchased.  A gift voucher and its associated lesson credits are valid for 1 year from the date of gift voucher purchase
